Look around. AI is already changing things.
But right now, we’re in this weird in-between phase: lots of people out there are playing with AI, not enough are putting it to work.
Lately, I’ve been spending a bunch of time with my teams to change that, starting with figuring out the most basic and practical uses for AI in our day-to-day jobs, and then teaching them to the people that work inside of my companies.
